Soon you’ll be holding in your hand your unique box of artisan fudge. Their distinct aroma, exceptional texture, and variety of flavors are the characteristics our friends most often appreciate. However, we want the opening of this box to be not only a unique adventure but a journey through time for you. It was one of the few sweets available on the market that captivated polish people to such an extent that the taste of caramel has endured to this day. Allow us to take 5 minutes of your time to share with you how each fudge you’ll soon taste came to be.

Traditional production method.

Mr Fudgesto is a continuation of a several-decades-old tradition of handcrafting fudge, originating from GS Skarszewy.

The manual production process begins with cooking the mass in small 50-kilogram cauldrons. Subsequently, the finished mass is poured onto special tables, where it slowly cools. This allows the mass to “come into its own” naturally, without being mechanically stressed, and the cooling process is not artificially accelerated in any way.

After the mass has cooled, we hand-cut it into sheets, then into strips, and later into cubes, which are then wrapped. After wrapping, the caramel needs a little time to breathe before it is packed and sent to you.

Guarantee of a unique, full-flavored caramel.

Before the fudge crumbles completely, a “tear” appears in its center – a sugar coating forms on the edge of the caramel, and liquid caramel still flows from the inside. This is a feature that distinguishes true artisanal fudge from its “supermarket” machine-produced counterparts.

Our fudge is unique not only due to the traditional production process but also thanks to the highest quality of ingredients used, especially fat sourced exclusively from milk, i.e., from butter and whole milk. These products were originally used when fudge production began in Poland, and that’s exactly how a true fudge should be!

Natural ingredients of the highest quality.

We don’t cut corners. We don’t seek savings in the form of ubiquitous palm fat, full-fat milk has not been replaced with skim milk, whey, or protein preparations.

Butter and whole milk give our fudge a unique taste and aroma, and the creamy consistency makes the sweets literally melt in your mouth.

You won’t find any artificial colors or preservatives in our products. We also don’t use salt, except in caramels with the flavors of salty caramel and cold hop, where Himalayan salt is added to enhance the taste.
