The legal basis for processing personal data for the purposes indicated in point 2 is art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR, i.e., the fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator of personal data.

Providing personal data by the customer is voluntary but necessary to achieve the purpose for which they are provided by the customer. Without providing data, the service cannot be performed, e.g., failure to deliver an order.
